Thank you for choosing Anjana Trading. We provide professional SEO, website development, and digital marketing services. Please read this policy carefully before making a payment via Stripe or any other payment method.

1. Nature of Services

Anjana Trading offers customized digital services, including but not limited to:

  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

  • Website design & development

  • Website maintenance and optimization

  • Digital marketing–related services

Since these services involve time, strategy, planning, and resource allocation, refunds are limited and governed by the terms below.


2. Refund Eligibility

Refund requests may be considered only under the following conditions:

  • The refund request is submitted within 7 days of the payment date

  • No substantial work has started on the project

  • The client has provided valid proof of payment

  • The request is made directly to us (not via a bank or card dispute)

Once work has started (strategy creation, website setup, SEO audit, keyword research, development work, or implementation), the payment becomes non-refundable.


3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Work has already begun or has been partially delivered

  • SEO or website development services already executed or in progress

  • Delays caused due to lack of information, content, or approvals from the client

  • Change of mind after project initiation

  • Monthly or recurring SEO services after the billing cycle has started

  • Payments made for completed milestones

  • Payments disputed through Stripe or bank chargebacks without contacting us first


4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us at:

Subject: Refund Request – Invoice / Order #[Number]

Please include:

  • Full name

  • Email used for payment

  • Invoice or transaction ID

  • Date of payment

  • Reason for refund request

We will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.


5. Stripe Refund Processing

If your refund request is approved:

  • The refund will be processed only via Stripe

  • Funds will be returned to the original payment method

  • Refund processing time depends on your bank or card issuer (usually 5–10 business days)

  • Stripe’s processing timelines are outside our control


6. Monthly / Subscription Services

For recurring SEO or maintenance plans:

  • You may cancel future billing before the next billing cycle

  • No refunds are issued for the current or past billing period

  • Services already delivered during the active billing cycle remain chargeable


7. Cancellation Policy

  • Projects can be cancelled before work begins

  • Once a project is initiated, cancellation does not guarantee a refund

  • Any completed or in-progress work will be billed proportionally
